Finally, a win

And praise the lord that these late games are over. I'm completely exhausted. Guess I'm getting old.

Belisle kicked butt and got his second win against zero losses. Is it too early to say we found a legitimate third starter? Yes, of course it is. But man, he looked good.

And I hate to say this, but Jerry Morron made some pretty good moves. Pulling baby Edwin who pouted all night was a good one. So was pinch hitting for LaRoss. Best move off all? Sitting Griffey for Roy Hobbs.

In case you missed it, Josh Hamilton went 2-4 with a double and his SECOND homer in a season. Two runs scored, too. No way this guy should not be in the lineup this weekend. No way.

Deadbirds climbed their way into first place with us. We are in for a wild, wild season.

UPDATE: Narron says Josh is playing on Friday. Wow, just think of what Josh is going to feel like when he steps onto Wrigley Field - I'm getting chills for him just thinking about it. The guy seems to be appreciating every sip of his MLB experience thus far.
